Automate the grind. Keep the judgement.
Reporting, budget checks, lead routing, data pulls - the repetitive work that eats your team's week can be built once and run forever. We build it with n8n, platform APIs, and AI where it genuinely helps.
Every marketing team has a hidden second job: moving numbers between systems. Downloading, pasting, reconciling, re-formatting - hours a week, every week, forever.
We build the plumbing that makes it stop. For TMU, automating onboarding, lead routing, and reporting saved thousands of dollars a month. The strategy time it freed up is where the real return lives.
What we build
- Reporting pipelines: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Microsoft APIs feeding central dashboards automatically, via Power My Analytics or custom n8n workflows.
- Budget pacing & alerts: spend monitored against plan, anomalies flagged in Slack while there's still time to act. No more end-of-month surprises.
- Custom data plumbing: back-end systems and custom CMSs connected to your marketing stack, so decisions run on revenue, not proxy metrics.
- AI inside the workflow: performance summaries written for humans, anomalies triaged, first drafts generated - always with a person before anything ships.
- Lead flow automation: routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene handled at machine speed, feeding tracking that stays trustworthy.
The test for everything we automate: would a competent person do it the same way every time? If yes, a machine should be doing it. Everything else stays human.
Questions we get asked
What do you actually automate?
The recurring stuff with rules: cross-platform reporting, budget pacing checks with Slack alerts when spend drifts, lead routing and enrichment, campaign QA sweeps (broken links, disapproved ads, empty ad groups), and data pulls from systems that don't talk to each other. If someone does it every week with a spreadsheet, it's a candidate.
Why n8n and not Zapier?
n8n handles the messy real-world cases - custom API calls, branching logic, self-hosted options, AI steps mid-workflow - without per-task pricing that punishes success. We use connectors like Power My Analytics where they're the simple answer and n8n where the work is genuinely custom.
Where does AI fit - honestly?
In the middle of workflows, doing bounded jobs: summarising performance shifts into a readable Slack post, drafting first-pass ad variants for human review, classifying leads, flagging anomalies worth a look. AI as a component works brilliantly. AI as a strategy is a press release.
Can you work with our weird internal systems?
Weird systems are the speciality. For INTRO we pull booking data from their custom CMS back end and pipe it into dashboards - marketing spend next to actual bookings. If it has an API or a database, we can plumb it.
