One dashboard. Every channel. No logins required.

Native platform dashboards each tell you their own flattering story. We blend Google, Meta, LinkedIn, your CRM - even your custom back end - into one Looker Studio view built around your decisions.

Every platform gives you a dashboard. That's the problem - you have nine of them, they disagree, and none of them will show you the number you run the business on.

What we build

  • One blended view: Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, and your CRM pulled together via APIs and connectors, refreshed automatically.
  • Custom data in the picture: back-end booking systems, custom CMSs, internal databases. If the revenue lives there, it belongs on the dashboard next to the spend.
  • Budget pacing built in: spend against target, mid-month, per channel - so overspends get caught in week two, not in the invoice.
  • Insights the platforms won't surface: blended CAC, cross-channel trends, attribution views that don't let one platform grade its own homework.
  • Delivered where you work: scheduled snapshots and threshold alerts into Slack or email, so the dashboard comes to you.

The test of a good dashboard is simple: the Monday meeting gets shorter, because the arguing has already happened on the page.

Questions we get asked

What can a custom dashboard show that the platforms can't?

Anything that crosses a platform boundary: blended cost per lead across all channels, spend pacing against budget, revenue per channel from your CRM next to the cost that drove it, month-on-month trends that survive attribution-window games. The native tools each guard their own silo; the value is in the joins.

Can you pull data from our custom CMS or internal systems?

Yes - that's often the best part of the build. For INTRO we take booking data from their custom CMS back end and turn it into dashboards, so marketing performance sits next to actual bookings, not just form fills. If it has a database or an API, we can probably get it on the page.

How do the dashboards stay up to date?

Automated pipelines - platform APIs, connectors like Power My Analytics, and n8n workflows where something custom is needed - refreshing on schedule with alerts into Slack when numbers move. Nobody exports a CSV on a Friday ever again.

Why Looker Studio and not something fancier?

Because it's free, your team already has Google logins, and it's genuinely good at this job. If you outgrow it we'll say so - but most businesses paying for a heavyweight BI seat to look at marketing data are overpaying for the same charts.
