The situation

The Moon Unit is a creative pitching company working with some of the world's biggest brands. They had a distributed team of 70 contractors and crew, and the business was running on manual systems and spreadsheets. Customer service handovers were clunky. Email databases were messy. Managing people across locations was slow and labour-intensive.

What we did

We migrated them from manual processes to modern systems: chat automation for customer service, cleaned-up email databases that improved strike rate, and an app that automated the management of 70 distributed contractors and crew. We also built out their email marketing and contact database to drive new business.

Thousands saved per month. Email list doubled. Sales pipeline grew 50% year on year. A team of 70 that used to be managed manually now runs through purpose-built systems.
