The situation
OzParty's Sydney Bucks party landing page was getting plenty of traffic through Google Ads and organic search. But the conversion rate sat at 3.79%. Visitors arrived and left. The spend was going in; the bookings weren't coming out.

What we did
We reworked the landing page in two phases, testing and measuring each change against real user data. Cleaner layout, clearer calls-to-action, a rethought enquiry flow. Each iteration was based on what the data told us, not assumptions.
